Disasters happen.  Although a fire event in a building may be a low probability occurrence, it almost always carries severe consequences.  These consequences may include loss of building content, loss of the building fabric, business interruption, loss of profit, injuries and fatalities.   

Devotec has been involved in more than ninety forensic investigations into post-fire structural stability and repairability of damaged buildings, as well as National Building Regulations codes compliance assessments on behalf of the Insurance and Legal fraternities.   

Most building owners/tenants are not fully aware of their fire risk exposures.  Pre-fire risk audits and mitigation recommendations on more than sixty industrial, commercial and hospital building complexes have also been conducted.
